I strongly believe in the power of sharing our knowledge with our peers. For this reason, I have volunteered in three countries (in academic and non-academic contexts), developed outreach initiatives with a focus on language and culture, and presented in learning institutions to narrow the gap between linguistics and language education.

The scope of my presentations includes linguistics (language acquisition and cognitive linguistics), language teaching (Portuguese and English), professional development for educators, and instructional design.
